OpenAI compatibility

HiLinkup supports the OpenAI SDK request format. Change the API key, base URL, and model ID.

OpenAI recommends Responses for new projects while Chat Completions remains supported. Migration changes the request body, output shape, streaming events, and tool format—not only the URL.

Use GET /v1/models to select a model ID supported by your key.

If existing code uses messages and choices[0].message.content, keep using Chat Completions. Do not send a Chat Completions body unchanged to /v1/responses.

Provider-specific features may differ. Validate streaming, tool calls, and multimodal input before production rollout.
